In short

Axiomra designed an AI assistant for financial services. It talks with customers to learn their goals. It looks at their profile and savings. Then it finds suitable products from your approved list.

It prepares a personal suggestion. An advisor or the customer reviews it before anything is decided.

A typical situation

A digital financial services company wanted to give every customer personal guidance. But it could not hire advisors fast enough to keep up.

The goal was to help more customers without piling more work onto each advisor.

The problem

  • Customers want fast, personal help. They expect quick answers about products and their own money goals, not a general brochure.
  • Advisors lose time on groundwork. Much of their day goes on gathering facts, comparing products and writing routine suggestions.
  • Every suggestion must follow the rules. Advice has to fit the customer, match who can buy each product, and include the notices the law requires.
  • Answers must be explainable. The company needed to show why each suggestion was made. A chatbot that can't explain itself was not enough.

What we built

  • The assistant has a friendly, guided chat with the customer. It learns their goals, how much risk they are comfortable with, how long they plan to invest and how soon they may need the money.
  • Before it suggests anything, a set of rules your team controls checks which products fit this customer and which they are allowed to buy.
  • It then writes a clear summary. The summary shows the suggestion, the reasons behind it, other options and the notices the customer must see.
  • When you choose, the summary goes to an advisor for approval first.
  • Every conversation is recorded for review. Actions like moving money always need clear permission and extra security checks.

How it works, step by step

  1. 1

    Learn the customer's goals

The assistant asks simple questions about what the customer wants and looks at their profile.

  2. 2

Check who they are and what fits

It confirms the customer's identity and checks which products suit their situation and comfort with risk.

  3. 3

    Find the right information

It pulls up your approved product details and the customer's current savings and investments.

  4. 4

    Prepare personal options

It suggests a few options and explains the reasons behind each one in plain words.

  5. 5

    Check the rules

It runs your rule checks and adds the notices the customer must see.

  6. 6

    Human checkpoint

    A person approves

The customer or a licensed advisor reviews the suggestion and makes the final decision.

What changes for your team

What this setup is designed to change:

  • Personal financial guidance is prepared much faster.
  • Advisors have more time for complex cases and for building client relationships.
  • Your product and notice rules are applied the same way every time.
  • Customers get help with everyday money questions around the clock.

How we keep it safe and reliable

  • People stay in charge

Advisors make the final call on important, regulated or unclear cases, and whenever the assistant is unsure.

  • Security built in from day one

Only the right people can see data, every action is recorded, and privacy is planned in from the start, not added after launch.

  • Judged on real results

We measure how good the suggestions are and how much work they save. The goal is a better service, not just a smarter AI.

  • Watched after launch

Once live, the assistant is monitored and feedback is collected. Careful updates keep it accurate as customers and products change.
